Notice of Appeal

A parent wishing to initiate an appeal may do so by notifying the secretary of the tribunal in writing. The secretary will send the parent a copy of Form A: Notice of Appeal. Within 20 days of the receipt of Form A, the parent must complete and return Form A to the tribunal secretary.

Upon receipt of the completed Form A the tribunal secretary will send Form B: Response to Notice of Appeal to the school board along with the completed Form A. Within 10 days of receipt of Form A, the school board must complete and return Form B to the tribunal secretary.

Summons to Witness

A party who requires the tribunal to summons a person to attend and give evidence may request the tribunal to do so by completing, and submitting to the tribunal secretary, a copy of a Summons form.
