Anonymization Policy

The goal of the anonymization process is to protect minor children and their families and to ensure that the Tribunals' website and its procedures are responsive to the privacy issues under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).

Complaint Policy

The Ontario Special Education Tribunals are committed to providing the highest quality of service to the parties who appear before them and to the public. This procedure sets out the process for the members of the public to make a complaint.
